Event Details

The Captology Film Festival will highlight the best videos by Stanford students studying persuasive technology during fall 2006. The videos demonstrate how web 2.0 services influence people's attitudes and behaviors. The videos are short (usually less than 2 minutes), and they often are amusing. This is a free event; however, the space is limited.

Hosted By

Persuasive Technology Lab, Stanford University

The Persuasive Technology Lab creates insight into how computers -- from web sites to mobile phones -- can be designed to change what people think and do. The lab is directed by Dr. BJ Fogg, who also teaches for Stanford's Computer Science Department.
Part of our Lab's mission is to share insights widely.
